Foreword

Our model describes:

• Who we are and where we are,
• What our tasks are,
• What our aims are,
• How to fulfill our conceptions with regards to our patients.

We are open to..

• Constructive discussions with our little patients, their parents and likewise their treating paediatrician.
• For critics on our approach and treatment.

We expect

• Sympathy and understanding for ill patients,
• Also understanding for us when sometimes things do not function the way they are supposed to,
• A fair solution of conflicts and flexibility from all sides,
• Observance of guidelines regarding our patients, their parents and clinic employees like for e.g. in protection from radiation.

The better the cooperation between patients, parents and relatives and clinicians the better the diagnosis and hence lesser the burden for one and all.
