Leading Symptoms

The lung metastases are usually detected during follow-up examinations without the patients showing any type of symptoms. In chest x-ray the lung metastases are seen as round nodular structures in the lungs. They can grow within the bronchus or spread to lymph nodes with the thoracic cavity.
Pain in the chest can suggest of tumorous infiltration of the chest wall which can reach up to the ribs.
